Delivery Policy

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional manufacturing time, and customers will be advised accordingly.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

• Western Cape: 1–3 business days
• Major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 3–7 business days

4. Courier Services

Orders are shipped using reputable courier partners, including The Courier Guy or other approved carriers. Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and order size.

Rainmaker may offer free nationwide delivery on qualifying orders where indicated on the website.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional courier charges may apply if a parcel must be redirected or re-delivered due to incorrect information.

7. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. Any shortages, incorrect items or visible damage must be reported to Rainmaker within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Failed Deliveries

If no authorised recipient is available to accept delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel. Any additional delivery costs resulting from failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

9. Ownership and Risk

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
