Returns & Refund Policy

2. Change of Mind Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging. Approval is at Rainmaker's discretion. Return courier costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, Rainmaker will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with the CPA.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:

• Custom-made or special-order products
• Products that have been installed or used
• Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, negligence or unauthorised modification

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

6. Return Procedure

To request a return, contact Rainmaker before sending any goods back. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, photographs (where applicable) and a description of the issue. Return instructions will then be provided.

7. Shipping Costs

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from Rainmaker supplying an incorrect or defective product.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
