3. Products

Rainmaker manufactures and supplies modular wildfire protection systems for residential, thatch, commercial and agricultural applications. Product images are illustrative and may be updated as products evolve.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT will be added where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

5. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Rainmaker reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers including PayFast and Ozow. Rainmaker does not store customers' payment information.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched throughout South Africa using approved courier partners. Delivery estimates: Western Cape 1–3 business days; major centres 2–5 business days; regional areas 3–7 business days.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately. Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.

9. Installation

Products should be installed according to Rainmaker installation instructions or by a suitably qualified installer.

10. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. The warranty excludes misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, storm damage and poor maintenance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rainmaker systems reduce wildfire risk but cannot guarantee protection under every circumstance. Rainmaker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, videos, engineering drawings, logos and trademarks remain the property of Rainmaker Fire Protection Systems (Pty) Ltd.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
