Warranty Policy

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects identified during normal use and where products have been installed and operated in accordance with Rainmaker's installation instructions.

3. What Is Covered

Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Rainmaker may, at its sole discretion, repair the defective component, replace the component, or provide an equivalent replacement product.

4. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse, abuse or neglect
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Incorrect water pressure or unsuitable water quality
• Accidental damage, vandalism or theft
• Storms, flooding, lightning or other natural events
• Normal wear and tear

5. Installation

Installation should be carried out in accordance with the official Rainmaker installation guide. Failure to follow the installation requirements may affect warranty eligibility.

6. Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Rainmaker with your proof of purchase, order number, photographs of the affected product (where applicable) and a description of the issue. Rainmaker may request the return of the product or component for inspection.

7. Limitation of Warranty

Rainmaker products are designed to assist in reducing wildfire risk. No wildfire protection system can guarantee complete protection against every fire event. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not extend to indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

8. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights available under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
